Hardware procurement, server rack setup, and physical network and storage deployment.

Building the 42U rack, passing CAT6 and CAT8 cabling, installing application servers, switches, UPS and the Raspberry Pi stack. Capped by the 1 Gbps fibre upgrade and Wi-Fi 6 mesh rollout.
