Phase 5 — Application migration

Migrating and modernising the existing Docker Swarm estate onto RKE clusters, with UnRAID for direct storage access and Raspberry Pi for critical infrastructure (avoiding a chicken-and-egg dependency).

Every client application has been redeployed, migrated, retired or replaced.
