Phase 5.1 — Migration of Bitnami

Because; Broadcom (again).

Following Broadcom's acquisition of VMware and the squeeze on the Bitnami catalog, every Bitnami-based container image was migrated onto maintained alternatives — mariadb-operator, CloudNativePG, and the OT-CONTAINER-KIT Redis operator.

No Bitnami images remain in production. This work moved ahead of the Plex migration.
