Phase 6.2 — GitOps deployment retrofit and standardisation

Bringing every existing application deployment onto the shared GitOps template.

Applications were onboarded over several years and drifted apart: per-repo Helm charts, kustomize leftovers, inconsistent CI stages and hand-managed Authentik integrations. This phase retrofits them onto one common shape so every repository looks and behaves the same way.

Scope: the shared Helm template, a consistent pipeline across repositories, and bringing every live SSO integration under version control as a blueprint rather than UI configuration.
