Phase 6.4 — Infrastructure and application audit

A full inventory of what is actually deployed, against what is documented.

Covering every address and its real hostname, every namespace, the database fleet, chart and image versions, and the documentation coverage for each service. The goal was a single source of truth that can be re-checked rather than rediscovered.

This is the phase that surfaced drift: services running without documentation, documentation describing services that moved, and configuration that existed only in a live cluster.
