A full inventory of what is actually deployed, against what is documented.

Covering every ingress and its real hostname, every namespace, the database fleet, chart and image versions, and the documentation coverage for each service. The goal is a single source of truth that can be re-checked rather than rediscovered.

This is the phase that surfaces drift: services running without documentation, documentation describing services that moved, and configuration that exists only in a live cluster.
