Rewrite baseline-client on a modular, profile-driven architecture

baseline-client is the tool that bootstraps and debloats fresh Windows 10 installs for ThinkHeaD. It's being rewritten from one large, hard-to-maintain script into a modular system: a small entrypoint plus focused engines for packages, tweaks, hardware, accounts, domain setup, reboots and reporting, all driven by JSON profiles (family / internal / other) instead of hardcoded logic.
