Default agent installs (PatchMon, UrBackup, PowerShell 7)

New machines set up with baseline-client automatically get a monitoring agent (PatchMon), a backup agent (UrBackup), and PowerShell 7 installed as part of setup, with no extra steps required. This week: corrected how the PatchMon agent authenticates to the server, and moved the PowerShell 7 install earlier in setup instead of near the end.
