Newsletter archive sent readers to a login page

The public archive of past issues and its RSS feed were advertised on the subscription page but sat behind the sign-in gate, so any subscriber who clicked either was sent to a login they had no account for. It failed as a silent redirect rather than an error, so nothing reported it. Both are now reachable without signing in.
