Fix Think3D hostname to match 3d.thinkhead.org convention

Think3D was reachable at 3d.tools.thinkhead.org, inconsistent with the <name>.3d.thinkhead.org convention its sibling ThinkSpools tools use (spools.3d, openspoolman.3d). Renamed to models.3d.thinkhead.org - same app, same namespace, hostname only. Updated wiki docs, ingress inventory, and the repos own CI/CD DNS_NAME variable (which drives ingress host, TLS secret, Authentik outpost URL, and OIDC redirect URI automatically).
