Phase 7.6 — Evacuate the first host

The first server is emptied so it can be rebuilt.

Its workloads are moved onto another machine. This is a cold move — everything is already shut down from 7.1 — and finishing it is the gate for both the drive testing and the first build of the new platform.

It is deliberately the server carrying the least, so the process is learned somewhere cheap.

Downtime: already in effect.
