Phase 7.8 — Central management retired, second node

The old management appliance is deleted and the second server converted.

The appliance stops being useful once the new platform can talk to the remaining servers directly, and deleting it frees 944 GB on the tightest disk in the estate.

The domain controller moves first and is verified before anything else follows it — everything depends on it. Then the second server, the one with the best storage, is rebuilt and joined, making a two-machine cluster.

Downtime: brief, for a small number of services.
