Phase 7.9 — Final host converted

The last and largest server. The point of no return.

Everything still on it is backed up again, obsolete templates are archived, and then every remaining machine is staged onto network storage and imported onto the two already-converted servers. The emptied machine is rebuilt and joined, making three — and, for the first time, a cluster that can survive losing one of them.

Downtime: the production cluster, over a planned multi-day window. This is the one you will notice, and it will be announced well before it starts.
