Phase 7.10 — Consolidation and feature parity

Everything the old platform did, plus the things it never did.

A real backup server with deduplication and restores that are actually tested rather than assumed — delivered, and proven by restoring a full workload and checking it byte-for-byte against the original.

Single sign-on for the management console, so administration stops depending on local accounts.

What remains here is closeout: documentation brought in line with what was actually built, the management interfaces and power units renumbered onto one consistent scheme, and the temporary measures taken on the storage server during the move removed again.

Alerting and monitoring moved to Phase 7.11, which is where they are now tracked.

No downtime.
