Every service has moved off VMware onto the new virtualisation platform

All seventeen workloads now run on the replacement hardware. The old virtualisation platform and its central management server have been retired.

The move was done one machine at a time, with each maintenance window announced beforehand. The clusters behind the services you use were brought back up as each host was converted.

This closes the work announced when Phase 7 opened.
