Internal name service corrected after the hardware move

The internal directory still pointed at servers that had been decommissioned, and had no entries at all for the new hardware.

Stale records were removed, the new machines and their management interfaces were added, and reverse lookups that were returning the wrong hostname for live devices were cleaned up.
