Phase 7.13 — Hardware completion

The move was completed on the hardware that was already in the rack. Several parts were ordered along the way and have not arrived yet: replacement storage, additional memory, a replacement power unit, and a write-cache module.

Until they land, one machine runs without battery-backed write caching and without power protection, and one storage array is unfinished. This phase is simply fitting them.
