Network address reservations for retired machines removed

The previous platform left seven fixed address assignments behind for machines that no longer exist. They were never removed when the replacement hardware was set up - that work added new reservations without clearing the old ones.

Individually harmless, but one of them claimed an address that had since been given to a live service. Nothing had broken, because the retired machine was never coming back to ask for it, but the conflict was real and would have surfaced at the worst possible moment.

All seven are removed. The reservations for machines that are still in use were checked individually and left untouched, and the address list was verified before and after the change.
