Align every repository with the current pipeline template

Repositories had drifted from the shared template over time, each carrying a different subset of checks and a different build configuration.

Ninety-eight are now aligned. The drift was wider than it looked: several repositories that reported as compliant were in fact missing up to a third of the template's steps, because the compliance check only asks whether broad stages exist rather than comparing step by step.
