Isolate storage replica traffic on worker nodes

Worker nodes ran storage replica data on the same disk as the operating system and container runtime.

Two nodes were moved onto dedicated disks, with the remaining nodes planned. Root filesystem use on the two dropped from roughly a third to under a sixth.
