Host dedicated game servers on Think

Multiplayer on Think meant somebody hosting the world on their own PC, renting it from a commercial provider, or a pile of hand-written container files only one person understood. All three fail the same way: the world only exists while a particular person is available.

ThinkPlay hosts real dedicated game servers. Worlds stay up when everyone logs off, saves and backups run on a schedule to storage on separate hardware, and adding a new game is a short job rather than an evening.

Players do not need an account — you connect from inside the game with an address and a password.
