Retire the legacy in-runtime auto-updater for the Pi and NAS fleet

Now that the git-driven replacement (dependency-update bot + platform-native redeploy + read-only notification watcher) has been live and stable, the old in-runtime auto-updater has been fully decommissioned: its containers removed from every host and its source repository archived.
