Phase 8.10 — Newsletters and RSS, one subscription

Staying up to date with Think currently means finding three separate systems: ThinkMail for the newsletter, ThinkFeeds for RSS, and the changelog's own follow-by-email-or-RSS option — each shipped on its own, none pointing at the others.

ThinkMail and ThinkFeeds are both live and working; what's missing is the map between them. A new reader has no single place that says what exists and how to subscribe to each, and ThinkMail itself is not even listed on the public roadmap despite being delivered.

What this phase does

• One page that lists every way to follow Think — newsletter, RSS feeds, and the changelog subscription — and links each to where it actually lives.
• Cross-link ThinkMail and ThinkFeeds from each other and from the changelog.
• Put ThinkMail on the public roadmap as delivered.

No new infrastructure — this consolidates what already exists rather than building something new.
