Homelab network scanning, rack visualization and per-device documentation

Deployed and documented a new internal tool for network/device scanning, physical rack and cable-patch visualization, and per-device markdown documentation with version history. Imports VM/LXC inventory from the Proxmox VE cluster automatically.
