Changelog

7.10.7.27 — September 2026

Services

  • Added processor and memory hot-add across every machine, so capacity can change while services keep running instead of requiring a shutdown.

Stability

  • Fixed single sign-on, which sent every protected application into an endless redirect loop after an unattended overnight update of the sign-on platform.
  • Upgraded the sign-on platform to the release carrying the upstream correction, and brought all 109 authentication gateways to the matching version.
  • Fixed the update automation that merged that major version unattended; only patch releases can now land without review.
  • Fixed FlexGet's API, which demanded an interactive login for every request because a malformed exemption rule voided the whole list.
  • Retrofitted the deployment templates so sign-on rules name each site's own address, rather than inferring it from a request that may omit it.
  • In progress: rolling the corrected sign-on rules across the remaining protected sites, paced to stay within the code host's request limits.
  • Fixed sign-in on the backup name resolver, which had never worked: one mis-ordered entry silently discarded the whole access configuration on every attempt.
  • Fixed every machine reporting its own name as localhost, a fault the configuration automation was itself rewriting on each run.
  • Fixed background service failures found across both clusters, some months old, and stopped the automation from reintroducing them.
