Freed disk space never returned to the storage pools

Deleting data inside the guests did not return it to the underlying storage pools, because reclaim only ran weekly. One pool reached 95 percent while holding two database members; a full pool freezes every guest on it.

A manual reclaim returned 2.4 TB, and reclaim now runs daily.
