Feedback portal loses its colour scheme when the theme is saved

The feedback portal kept reverting to the stock palette. It looked like the change was being lost on restart.

It was not the restart. The theme editor stores the palette as CSS variable blocks; when those blocks were missing, saving the theme silently fell back to the stock preset and rewrote the palette. The blocks have been restored, so saving keeps the intended colours.
