• Found and fixed a Helm packaging bug that had silently duplicated several application databases for 11 days; one application's database was briefly deleted as a result and fully restored from backup with no permanent data loss.
• Fixed a database storage-retention bug that filled disk space on two applications; rolled the same fix out fleet-wide as a precaution.
• Migrated ThinkAuth (Authentik)'s database to a high-availability cluster with automatic failover, closing a single point of failure that could have taken down sign-in for every Think service.
