  • Phase 7 complete — every workload now runs on the new virtualisation platform, and the old one is gone.
  • Phase 8 begins — platform maturity, with six workstreams opening together: delivery gates, GitOps standardisation, secret management, onboarding, notifications and remote access.

Services

  • Released and documented an internal certificate authority replacing ad hoc self-signed certificates for internal infrastructure.
  • Released a self-hosted remote-support tool for helping family and friends with their Windows PCs, with pre-configured installers ready to hand out.

Stability

  • Fixed nearly 500 GB of storage on the virtualisation hosts that was allocated but holding nothing, restoring headroom on both disk pools.
  • Retrofitted the last machine still carrying the old platform's guest tooling, completing the switch across every workload.
