Where the docs live
This Help Center covers the feedback process. Everything else is in the Think wiki.
This Help Center is deliberately small. It explains how ThinkFeedback works — which board to use, what the statuses mean, how the roadmap and changelog relate — and nothing else.
The real documentation lives in the Think wiki.
Why not put everything here?
Because two knowledge bases is worse than one. The second one always drifts: it gets updated less often, contradicts the first, and splits the place people look. Rather than run a competing set of docs, this Help Center covers the feedback process and points at the wiki for everything else.
So the rule of thumb is:
- How ThinkFeedback works → here
- How any Think service works → the wiki
What is in the wiki
Every Think service has the same set of pages:
- Quick Start Guide — how to get going, first tasks, common flows
- FAQ — the questions people actually ask
- Architecture — how the thing is put together and why
- Why — what was chosen, what was rejected, and the reasoning
Alongside those it holds runbooks, cheat sheets, the platform roadmap, lifecycle and SLA definitions, and the news page.
ThinkFeedback's own documentation
If the docs are wrong or missing
That is legitimate feedback. Post it on the Feedback Requests board — a missing or misleading page is a real problem, and it is one of the easier things to fix.
