Phases

  • Phase 6 — New application is complete: every application the phase set out to deliver is now live.
  • Phase 6.2 — Delivery quality gates closed its scope; the work that remains reopens as Phase 8.1.
  • Phase 6.3 — Deployment standardisation closed its scope; the deployments it could not reach reopen as Phase 8.2.
  • Phase 6.4 — The audit of what is actually deployed against what is documented is complete.
  • Phase 7 — The move off VMware starts now, pulled forward from last place after a storage fault repeatedly took part of the platform offline.
  • Phase 8 — Platform maturity opens, covering delivery gates, deployment standardisation, secret management, and invitations and onboarding.
  • Phase 9 — The move from Plex to Jellyfin is renumbered from 6.1 and stays deferred pending client parity.
  • Phase 10 — Stabilization is renumbered from 7 and now follows the platform migration.

Stability
